› Troy Ostrinski
- Owner -
A licensed mechanic since 1988, Troy has worked for some of Victoria's premier dealerships, including John Ladd BMW and Willie Dodge as a senior technician and then shop foreman.
Prior to moving to Victoria in 1991, Troy was a senior technician at his father's Mazda, SAAB,
Lada dealership in Prince George.
In 2002 Troy and brother Tyler followed in their father's footsteps and started Progressive Motorsports (now Progressive Audi Repair & Maintenance).

- Shop Foreman -
Jason has been working in the automotive industry since 1994 and is a Red Seal Certified journeyman technician. He has a keen interest in new technology, and specializes in vehicle electronics and diagnostics.
Constantly upgrading his skills, Jason attends many training courses, and has certifications from Toyota, General Motors, and several independent training facilities including BCIT. Jason also has attended hybrid powertrain training courses in Vancouver and Los Angeles.
In his spare time Jason enjoys various activities on the Island with his wife, daughter and son.
